Certificate Warning - MISB Protected Web site
When attempting to access the MISB Protected Web site from a non-DoD network, you may experience certificate warnings depending on which web browser
you are using. This is caused by your computer not recognizing the DoD PKI Root Certificate Authority, which is the issuer for the SSL certificate
used by the GWG and MISB Protected web sites. Refer to the following instructions appropriate to your web browser to eliminate the warnings.
Internet Explorer, Safari or Google Chrome (Windows)
Download the following certificate file and save to your hard drive. Right click on the file, and choose "Install Certificate". In the Certificate
Import Wizard, on the Certificate Store page, choose "Place all certificates in the following store" and press the Browse... button to choose the "Trusted
Root Certification Authorities" folder. When the wizard is completed, close and then reopen your web browser. The certificate warning should no longer
occur.
